The Kiwanis Club of Durango will meet at noon Thursday at the Durango Community Recreation Center, 2700 Main Ave.
Ron Garst, a retired provost for the National Intelligence University, will give a talk about Africa, according to the topic, “The Good, the Bad and Finding Hope.”
Lunch is $13. A beverage without lunch is $3.
The meeting is open to all.
