A group of local Democrats, The Club – La Plata Dems on the Move, will hold its March luncheon from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, at the DoubleTree Hotel, 501 Camino del Rio.

Speakers will include Tiffany Parker, La Plata County clerk, and Karl Hanlon, candidate for the 3rd Congressional District.

Parker will discuss aspects of the election process, including voter registration, caucuses, primaries, ballot collection, verifying county ballots and more.

Hanlon, a water and municipal attorney in Glenwood Springs, will also give a talk.
