Recently-elected officials will speak at The Club – La Plata Dems on the Move luncheon from noon to 1:30 p.m. July 2 at the DoubleTree Hotel, 501 Camino del Rio.
The panel will include: La Plata County Commissioner Clyde Church, La Plata County Sheriff Sean Smith, County Treasurer Allison Aichele, County Assessor Carrie Woodson and Durango City Councilors Barbara Noseworthy and Kim Baxter. The speakers will share insights on serving in office and mobilizing toward the 2020 elections.
