Quilters guild to meet Thursday
The La Plata Quilters Guild will host Amanda Preston at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at La Plata County Fairgrounds Extension building, 2500 Main Ave.
Preston will give a presentation about “Quilt Portraits.”
Wear a mask and bring a snack and alcohol-free beverage. Space is limited to 30 participants.
Preston will also teach a workshop May 15. Cost is $40 for LPQG members and $45 for non-members.
