Denver-based Land Title Guarantee Co. has purchased its Durango affiliate and hired Josh Neiman to run the local branch.
Gary and Judy Robison started the Durango office 43 years ago. The local office has 12 employees.
“The office in Durango is well respected by customers and competitors, owns a sterling reputation in the community, and possesses some of the most experienced and customer service oriented title and closing folks in the business,” said John Freyer, Jr., president of Land Title Guarantee.
Neiman was most recently with Bank of the San Juans as vice president and commercial credit officer in Durango. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and information systems at University of Northern Colorado.
