Tim Walsworth, executive director of the Durango Business Improvement District, will speak at the Rotary Club of Durango meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31, at the Strater Hotel, 699 Main Ave.
He will discuss parking fine increases, downtown business economic indicators and upcoming changes to north Main Avenue.
Walsworth has 20 years of experience with community-based organizations and was head of United Way of Southwest Colorado for a decade before being named BID executive director four years ago.
