Leadership La Plata will hold a meet-and-greet with its new class and alumni of the program at 6 p.m. Oct. 3 on the patio at Steamworks Brewing Co.
The event will welcome in the new class for the program, which aims to provide leadership skills for county residents. It will feature free appetizers and a cash bar.
The current class is the 30th for the program.
A drawing for a prize will be held at 6:45 p.m.
