The public is invited to attend an informational session on animal tracks and signs 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Feb. 4 at Morefield Campground in Mesa Verde National Park.
Participants will meet in the Morefield Village parking lot, learn how to identify animal tracks and signs, and explore the hillsides near Morefield Campground.
Past animal tracks observed in the area include weasel, rabbit, coyote, and mountain lion.
Reservations are required, and the event is limited to 20 people, ages seven and up.
Park entrance fee is $10 per vehicle.
