Snow flurries dust the HD Mountains northeast of Ignacio earlier this week. A workshop to study weather and predictions will be held Saturday.
Durango Nature Studies is holding its last winter workshop on Saturday by taking a look at weather through atmospheric conditions and learning weather prediction tips.
The workshop is scheduled from 10 a.m. to noon in Chris Park and Haviland Lake. The outing is free to members, $10 to non-members.
