Let public participate in removal of Arc

With respect to the Arc of History, aka “Rocks on a Stick,” I have a suggestion with regard to its demolition and removal.

Why not provide willing participants with the opportunity to assist in the project?

They can execute waivers with respect to possible injury. Provide them with goggles, helmets and sledgehammers. Charge them $5 a blow or three for $10.

The likely result would be a project completed in very short order. It would also allow those antipathetic to the artwork one last opportunity to express their displeasure, while raising some money for the city to help defray the cost of debris removal.
