Having listened to both Biden’s speech and Ted Cruz’s response, two things are overwhelmingly obvious.
First, Cruz is one of the most want-to-be “Caucasian” Hispanics I have ever seen, and probably the worst liar to hold an elected office in the country – running a close second to Donald Trump.
He obviously did, in fact, sleep during parts of Biden’s speech, because his remarks about it were about 90% lies, and intended to give the appearance of having actually listened to it.
Every hypocritical member of the GOP was so rude as to act bored; most of them acted like a 7-year-old listening to a Shakespearean play being read to them in school – including the self-righteous Rep. Lauren Boebert.
But not all of the Republicans were that rude. There were a few, like Sen. Mitt Romney, who had enough class to really listen and respect the occasion, thereby being more American than the ones who would have all had baby kittens if the Democrats treated a Republican president that way.
In conclusion, I just want to say that I am embarrassed that Ted Cruz has an Hispanic name, because a true Hispanic, at heart, could never treat people of their race the way he does. Maybe he needs more time in Cancun, so some of the true culture can rub off on him.
