I am writing to let you know why I am supporting Frank Lockwood to fill one of those City Council seats and to appeal for your support of his campaign. I have known Frank for over 30 years, initially when Frank was a practicing attorney in Hawaii and I was treating accident victims. I was very impressed with Frank’s character, enthusiasm and ability to create positive change. Frank has a genuine passion for creating solutions to problems and the boundless energy to get things done. I am pleased to have Frank as a friend and delighted he is offering his skills to assist his community.
