A few years back a bill to effect a permanent time change was brought to the Assembly by two Denver Representatives. It was voted down.

The main influencer was former Rep. Diane Mitsch Bush supporting the ski industry. Seems they didn’t want ski personnel working in the dark.

Two of the representatives voting “No” who are still in office are Chris Hansen, District 31 (Denver) and Jesse Danielson, District 20 (Jefferson County).

If you are tired of the time change, contact these representatives and ask what it will take for them to vote “Yes” next time this is brought up again.
