My heart breaks for the residents, their families and the caregivers at Four Corners Health Care Center. As a retired nurse, I am not interested in blaming anyone for this crisis, only learning from it. But it’s not over.
Is there anything our community can do now to ease the suffering, to comfort those in need? I know this isn’t the time to allow volunteers into the facility to sit with patients, but is there anything we could do from afar to help?
Please publish this so the administrators can respond with their thoughts. In the meantime, we pray for them.
