While shopping at a local grocery, I asked an employee in the produce department if they knew about the advisory to cover. I got a kinda sorta, yes.
I asked if management knew about it and got dead silence. Just kept looking at me, not moving in any way.
It is time for La Plata County, If not the state and country, to make it mandatory that anyone risking their life to be essential workers take all caution. To hell with what the customer thinks!
If you shop in Durango/La Plata County, call the store(s) and insist they comply with the recommendation for all people, including staff, to wear masks!
Do this for your safety, their safety and the community safety!
