Let’s keep it about issues. With all of the recent discussions and labeling about partisanship, I propose a truce to my fellow county commissioner candidates.
There are many important issues in La Plata County’s future such as housing affordability, economic development and the urban-rural divide. Some combination of the four of us will be helping govern the county in a few months. Instead of wasting time bickering about partisanship, let’s talk about issues important to county residents and focus on each of our proposed solutions. Then let the voters of La Plata County decide.
