What is going on with the editorials in our local paper these days?
Too often, the topics and content are nonsensical and lack any relevance to current issues or events. Furthermore, the writing style comes across as pretentious and self-serving, better suited for someone’s personal blog than a public newspaper.
Nearly the entire page of this valuable space in the printed paper is given over to whimsical fluff that contributes little substance to our local community and its readership. Enough already.
