I have witnessed Charly Minkler as a planning commissioner. He listens and comes to a decision backed by substance. It is important to me that our commissioners represent all the residents of La Plata County. Charly makes his living in ranching and the construction industry; he is a hard-working man. This segment of our county is not currently represented on the Board of County Commissioners and I feel it is important.
