At 75 years old, I have been on Medicare for 10 years and have experienced firsthand the importance of accessible and affordable quality health care. On the Western Slope, health care is often limited and expensive with unaffordable insurance premiums resulting in many severely strained family budgets. Democratic Congressional candidate Diane Mitsch Bush supports allowing Medicare to negotiate drug prices and paid sick leave and will fight to protect coverage for people with pre-existing conditions.
