As a 9-R and Adult Education educator, teacher leader and community member, I have been fortunate to listen and learn from Stephanie’s expertise. Her advocacy and personal outreach to students of all ages, abilities, skills and interests demonstrate her deep commitment to creating a balanced educational system so all can achieve success.
An exceptional listener, she weighs multiple perspectives and collaborates with staff, students, parents and community members to achieve best possible outcomes.
She understands the big picture and works diligently to develop strategies to meet timelines and accomplish goals.
I have attended a decade of school board work sessions and meetings, and Stephanie’s understanding of policy, governance, budgets and data is reflected in her careful questioning and suggestions for improvement and implementation.
Stephanie has worn numerous hats – wife and mother, teacher, administrator, grant writer and board leader. She balances family with her profession, is tireless in researching issues and listening to others and is passionate about her community.
