I am writing in support of Marsha Porter-Norton, who is running for La Plata County commissioner. I was saddened to read recently that some folks consider her to be divisive. She is anything but divisive! She is a good listener and adept at bringing opposing sides to a consensus. Marsha is well-informed, an incredibly hard worker and supportive of issues especially important to me such as affordable housing, public health and safety, and a thriving economy.
