The hypothetical question of where might the money proposed for the pedestrian/bike bridge over 32nd Street be better spent has now been answered:
Buckley Park.
If one looks only at the issue of how to benefit the most people with public money, Buckley Park is the clear winner.
Sell the administration building, keep the park public – it can never be replaced once private.
Think about another big hotel right there.
