I support President Trump’s plan to build a wall around Colorado.
For far too long, we have allowed residents of other states to come to Colorado and purchase real estate without any minimum dollar amounts. As a Realtor, I feel that Colorado must enforce certain financial requirements for out-of-state buyers to adhere to.
We have allowed out-of-staters to come in and purchase the best deals at the very best prices. This must stop!
This practice has a direct impact on our economy and therefore impacting out state security, and as our state security is jeopardized, it then rises to the level of protecting our national security.
I propose that any outsiders (“immigrants,” if you like) shall be required to spend a minimum dollar amount on any real estate transactions that they enter into. This will ensure the protection of those of us that already live here to purchase the best deals at the best price.
As this policy clearly is intended to protect our national security, it is not in any shape or form to be interpreted as a quid pro quo.
