Letters: Troops sent to cities good for economy?

The president’s move to put Homeland Security battlefield forces into our cities to quell rioting Democrats bent on destroying America will have a hugely positive effect on the economy.

As soon as the Ku Klux Klan, the Boogaloo Brothers and such realize they can dress for battle without any personal or unit identification, they will be out there saving our cities for democracy. The effect on the economy will be huge; camo will fly off the shelves, helmets, goggles, face shields and gas masks will bring premium prices.

Trump will activate the Defense Production Act to meet the demand, supply chains will click into place so that consumer outlets can keep up. The economy will soar, schools will open, bowling alleys will once again rumble.

The virus will realize it has been beaten and will slink away.

All as foretold by our stable genius president; “One day it will just disappear. It will be like magic.”
