Bayfield! Why have you cut your share of funding to Roadrunner Transit? It’s the only public transportation that connects Durango, Bayfield and Ignacio.
For years, RRT has done an excellent job of transporting residents of La Plata County to their work/school, Walmart, for help with medical needs, etc.
My questions to a Bayfield town councilman were answered unprofessionally. This is not productive.
I now humbly ask the people of La Plata County to provide us with ideas or options to the RRT to help us move forward in this situation.
