Reckless endangerment, misdemeanor assault, driving under the influence, attempted hit and run, and uninsured vehicle – what does it take in this town to have to stay in jail? Why have a jail if the bond will be so low that any idiot like Megan can bond out for 10% to 15%? What does it take to impress the judges here that you are a danger to the community?
When there are no consequences, there is no deterrent.
