If the council wants to spend $175,000 on such waste, then special order $175,000 worth of toilet paper for the community. It will be much more appreciated. It will also save the city money on the sewer line repairs that are being reported due to people using other materials to flush human waste down the toilet – which is, by the way, where this crossing project needs to go.
