We face a challenge in our schools because of a lack of adequate state and local funding for items like replacing outdated HVAC systems and leaky roofs. Voting Yes on ballot measure 4A will allow us to achieve a one-student-to-one-computer ratio. It will allow us to buy seven new school buses. No new taxes will be imposed – it will continue an existing bond measure that is set to end this year and raise up to $90 million.
