Local artist Cindy Shelton will teach people how to use alcohol inks from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Pine River Library, 395 Bayfield Center Drive in Bayfield.
No experience is necessary to learn all about this colorful art medium. Participants will go home with a set of four coasters and learn to work with Yupo paper to create a card or a piece of framed art. All supplies are included.
