Durango Public Library will offer extended checkouts through Jan. 2 to give users an extra few days to return materials during the holidays.
People are encouraged to check out books, games, movies and other library materials to enjoy during the holidays, without having to worry as much about due dates.
The library is located at 1900 East Third Ave.
