The “Love Your Commute” celebration 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Ska Brewing Co. has been canceled becaue of the poor air quality from the Lightner Creek Fire.
The smoke would make the outdoor event difficult to attend, and it is not advised for residents to bike or walk under the current conditions.
Ska Brewing, with help from the city, will reschedule the event and hold the awards ceremony on a future date.
