I'd like to take the time to thank all those who made it possible for Santa's annual visit to the Bayfield/Vallicito area on Christmas Eve. Many of Santa's helpers include the Bayfield Grocery Store, Mini Merc, Lewis True Value, Baked and Mill Street Drug. A special thanks to the Pine River Fire Department and the folks who drove Santa around on those treacherous streets. Some of Santa's other helpers on Christmas Eve are Cami and Tanner Lirot, Dogac, Bones Evers, Robert Mazur, Larry Vaughn, Ben Burris and his son.
A BIG THANKS goes to Jay Rhodes and Toby Lirot, who took care of many children in Vallecito, Forest Lakes, and County Roads 501 and 502. And of course all of you in the community that continue to support this program deserve recognition. Without all of you this program would not exist.
