Local author and Zen Buddhist teacher Alaric Hutchinson will launch his new book “Living Peace: Essential Teachings for Enlightenment in the 21st Century” and give a talk about how to better cultivate inner peace in everyday life. The book launch and talk will be held from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Ignacio Community Library, 470 Goddard Ave., in Ignacio.
Books will be available for purchase at the event, and a book signing will follow after the talk. Snacks and refreshments will also be provided by the library. Attendees are encouraged to arrive 10 to 15 minutes ahead of time for preferred seating.
