The town of Bayfield and Pine River Library will host two more block parties this summer.
The next party will run from 6 to 9:30 p.m. July 21, and it will feature local electrofusion/funk/jam band Sky Pilot. The final party will be Aug. 25, with the neo-soul sounds of Hello Dollface.
The town will close off Mill Street, and it invites all community members for food, beverages, music, and family activities. There will be a beer garden with beer provided by Bottom Shelf Brewery (proceeds go to the Be Frank Foundation), and food sold by local restaurants and community vendors. “Street Bowling” and a bouncy house will be provided for children.
New vendors are welcome, especially food vendors. Local businesses, clubs and nonprofits are asked to showcase their products and services. If you already have a town of Bayfield business license, the registration is free. If not, $25 will pay for your booth and license fee. Booths will be free for all nonprofits.
Vendor applications can be picked up at the Bayfield Town Hall or online at www.bayfield.gov. For more information, contact Jackie Morlan at 769-6873 or Judy Poe at 884-2222, ext. 513.

Residents are encouraged to attend, where they can meet local law enforcement officers and fire department personnel.
