Local First and Peak Health Alliance invite the community to attend a public meeting about the progress and direction of the Southwest Health Alliance from 5 to 6 p.m. Thursday in the Animas Room at La Plata County Fairgrounds, 2500 Main Ave.
All are welcome to receive an update about the alliance’s efforts since the finalization of the Community Needs Assessment in July. There will be a 30-minute presentation followed by time to answer questions.
