Nicole Clark from the La Plata County CSU Extension will host a culinary cook-along from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday via Zoom.
Participants will discover new flavor combinations, using spices commonly found in the pantry, and learn to create warming flavors of northern Africa.
This Zoom program is hosted in collaboration with Pine River Library, Durango Public Library, Ignacio Community Library and the Southwest La Plata Library District. The program is open to all.
