Local power, local jobs good for LPEA

As someone who has grown up in the area, I have seen many changes, most not for the better.

However, this upcoming La Plata Electric Association election represents an opportunity I hope local county residents don’t pass up.

We have a chance to increase non-service sector jobs, something which is desperately needed.

By voting for Guinn Unger (District 4), Kim Martin (District 2) or Rachel Landis (District 3), we have the opportunity to move toward producing power locally to bring in jobs and keep rates cheap far into the future.

If you live in any of these districts, please consider giving one of the above candidates your vote.
