The Bayfield-Ignacio Young American Football League will host three days of home football this season, starting this Saturday, Aug. 28. All are welcome to come cheer on local boys and girls as they play teams from throughout the Four Corners. Admission is $2 per person.

Action starts at 9 a.m. with the second grade team taking on the Farmington Panthers. The fifth grade team plays Aztec at 11 a.m. Third grade will play Bloomfield at 1 p.m. Fourth grade takes on the Aztec Warriors at 3 p.m. The final game is for the sixth graders at 5 p.m.

Bayfield also hosts teams next weekend on Saturday, Sept. 5.

.9 a.m. Bayfield vs. Farmington Scorpions, third grade.

.11 a.m. Bayfield vs. Farmington Oilers, fifth grade

.1 p.m. Bayfield vs. Farmington Panthers, sixth grade

.3 p.m. Bayfield vs. Cortez, fourth grade.

The Wolverines also will host teams on Saturday, Sept. 19.

.11 a.m. Bayfield vs. Kirtland, third grade.

.1 p.m. Bayfield vs. Kirtland, fifth grade.

.3 p.m. Bayfield vs. Durango, sixth grade.
