Long Horns are intelligent, good mothers

In reading “Action Line” (Herald, July 13), we were so glad to see our friend Doc Dison and his Long Horn, Blizzard. I rode Blizzard years ago, and I am so impressed with his temperament. It seemed sad to me Doc’s name wasn’t printed, as this is a big part of his income. Doc got us into the Long Horn business year ago. They are intelligent creatures, and our cows are such excellent mothers.

Durango has sure changed, and it is so sad to think someone is turned off by the passing by of these regal critters.

Way to go, Doc and Blizzard. I’m sure a lot of people were pleased by your entertainment.
