The Los Pinos Fire Protection District will host public meetings to share and gather information for a ballot measure for a mill levy increase.

The next meetings will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21, at Mount Allison Grange and Saturday, Feb. 22, at TARA Community Center, and two meetings from 9 to 11 a.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25, at the fire station in Ignacio.

The Los Pinos Fire Protection District serves Ignacio, Arboles and surrounding areas, covering 325 square miles.
