Do you love your library? Here’s a chance to show your appreciation, share that love and have a little fun in the process.
Come to the Pine River Library from 1-4 p.m. Sunday for the “Love, Your Library” celebration.
“We want everyone in the community to feel the love from the library,” said Karen Lemke, the library’s public-relations director.
Events for people of all ages will be held, and live music will be provided by the Bayfield High School choir and the Bayfield Middle School orchestra.
Also, free food, a photo booth and an area to make your own Valentines with help from a “super crafty” staff member will be available. And, according to the event list, those interested in giving will be allowed to do that, too. Lemke said there are many ways people can contribute to the library.
The event will be held in Community Rooms A and B at the library, 395 Bayfield Center Drive in Bayfield.
“Our library’s a great place to have events and functions like this,” Lemke said. “It’s kind of our release from the winter. ... We really like to whoop it up in February.”
