La Plata Electric Association director Jack D. Turner, a representative of La Plata County District 4, completed required courses and earned National Rural Electric Cooperative Association-credentialed cooperative director and board leadership certificates.
Turner joined the LPEA board in 2013. He is an educator and coach, and has worked as a representative for rural and environmental interests.
