Husband and wife, and high school sweethearts, Luis and Jaime Marquez have partnered to join the real estate professionals at Coldwell Banker in downtown Durango.
The Marquezes bring over 45 years of combined real estate experience including residential and commercial, luxury and entry level homes, development and construction, and marketing and sales. Their early careers in Scottsdale, Arizona spanned high-end condos, golf communities, class “A” apartments and luxury single family homes. In recent years, they have been involved in development, construction, sales and management in Durango. Joining Coldwell Banker, they look forward to focusing entirely on guiding buyers and sellers through their real estate experiences.
The Marquezes have three boys and a yellow lab named Tiger Lily and are graduates of the University of Arizona.
