The next Lunch and Learn program will take place from noon to 1 p.m. Nov. 16 at the First National Bank of Durango, 259 W. Ninth Street.
“A Paradigm Shift on Nutrition for Optimal Wellness” will be presented by Ashley Lucas of PHD Advanced Nutrition.
