“Moving on with an eye to the future that is a blank slate” and “forgetting the past” is the MAGAspeak equivalent to Kevin Roberts saying the country is in the midst of a “second American Revolution” that will be bloodless “if the left allows it to be.”
MAGAs look to the past to form a government and society that deprives citizens and legal immigrants of their basic rights and demands fealty to one man and not the Constitution. No one with an ounce of intelligence, common sense, compassion or love of our country should surrender to such an ignoble demand, no matter how nicely it is dressed up in deceptive language.
