Peter Robinson and Deb Gardner will give a presentation about their 2016 through-hiking experience on the John Muir Trail at 7 p.m. July 13 at Mancos Public Library, 211 E. First St.
The trail runs 220 miles, with a total elevation change of 47,000 feet, from the Yosemite Valley to Mt. Whitney. Speakers will discuss the challenges and rewards of through-hiking.
