A seminar about food production will be offered from 1 to 5 p.m. Wednesday at Mt. Lookout Grange, 680 Grand Ave., in Mancos.
Participants will learn about cottage food bill updates, commercial kitchen space, budgets and product prices, insurance and short-term storage.
A tour of the grange’s new kitchen will also be given.
Cost is $10 and includes a Homemade for Sale book.
