Manna will welcome the public to its campus Wednesday to attend Christmas Brunch.

All are welcome to pick up a to-go meal or stay and eat on-site.

The organization will serve brunch from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 1100 Avenida del Sol in Durango. The menu will feature glazed ham, mashed potatoes, corn and peas, rolls, salad and pie.

Manna’s kitchen has 540 pounds of ham and 160 pies at the ready, said Community Kitchen and Facilities Manager Shawn Haught.

The organization is expecting to serve 800 Christmas meals.

The staff and board of the Community Foundation serving Southwest Colorado stopped by Manna last week to make pies; La Plata County Toys for Tots dropped off 10 bags of toys for kids; and the Durango Vineyard Church is working to coordinate food deliveries.

Manna is accepting monetary and seasonal food donations, as well as items on its wishlist available at www.amzn.to/406Bin0.
