After reading the Herald’s editorial recommending La Plata Electric Association candidates, it is very apparent to me that you do not know Kim Martin, one of the very most qualified persons ever.
She is highly intelligent, informed, educated, experienced, energetic and is a quick learner. In contrast, Davin Montoya is the out-of-touch “dinosaur.”
