I write to support the candidacy of my brother U.S. Marine, Vietnam veteran Mike McLachlan. He has demonstrated the utmost of integrity and effectiveness in his first term as state representative for District 59. In combat, I would want Mike on my flank – there is no higher praise. One grunt to another.
On a separate note: Even though they are unopposed, I urge citizens to show approval for the excellent performance of state Sen. Ellen Roberts and La Plata County Clerk & Recorder Tiffany Lee Parker with your vote.
